About the Legal Director
With over 13 years of demonstrated experience in workplace relations, Cameron has proven experience representing clients in the Fair Work Commission, Queensland Industrial Commission and the Federal Courts.
Cameron has assisted clients in a variety of industries and is acknowledged for his subject matter expertise across the health, education, agriculture, hospitality and construction sectors.
Prior to directing his private practice, Cameron represented local and international clients at an international tier Law Firm in Brisbane where his key client portfolio included a breadth and depth of personal and private business matters. His results driven client centric approach delivers practical solutions and outcomes that ensures clients get the result that they deserve.
His portfolio of expertise centres commercial and practical solutions at the heart of complex employment matters including unfair dismissal, general protections and discrimination claims, organisational restructures and workplace disputes including underpayment determinations. This demonstrated experience positions Cameron uniquely having delivered desirable outcomes as a legal advocate for both parties.
